The breath affects the function of almost every major system in the body.
WHAT DO WE DO IN THE WORKSHOPS?
I share from my experience of travelling the world studying the breath, working with numerous teachers, doctors and practitioners and what I have discovered through my own daily practice of nearly 20 years.
It has lead me to experience the simplicity and power of the breath and how to work with it.
We explore the subtleties of the breath to see where there might be energetic blocks, which may affect you physically, mentally and emotionally.
I will share some subtle movements of the body that can help to free up the breath and different Pranayama (breath) practices, with which you can build your own regular practice for increased health and well-being.
One to One sessions are also available in person or on-line.

PLUS EXPERIENCE THE HAMSA KRIYA TRANCE BREATH PRACTICE
The workshops provide an opportunity for us to delve deeper into the breath with a transformational Kriya Yoga Trance Breath practice.
In the group Breathwork you are taken on a journey beyond the conscious mind to explore our unconscious patterns and help let go of the past pain and conditioning that keeps us separate and restricted.
This is a process of rhythmic breathing which lasts about an hour and often results in a deep experience. Practitioners are advised to feel ready for a powerful process that can unlock and release suppressed memories, emotions and feelings. Participants often report a profound sense of peace and contentment from the practice when completed.

Ongoing ADHOC blocks is £100 4 sessions, £55 for 2 sessions, or £30 for 1 session. These can be mixed with the weekly body and braeth sensing Yoga.

Build your own practice with a series of one to one breath sessions.
I offer a series of three one to one sessions to help you safely build and develop your own regular practice.
Three – one-hour sessions plus support £195 over 6 weeks.
