I share from my experience of travelling the world studying the breath, working with numerous teachers, doctors and practitioners and what I have discovered through my own daily practice of nearly 20 years.
It has lead me to experience the simplicity and power of the breath and how to work with it.

PLUS EXPERIENCE THE HAMSA KRIYA TRANCE BREATH PRACTICE
The workshops provide an opportunity for us to delve deeper into the breath with a transformational Kriya Yoga Trance Breath practice.
In the group Breathwork you are taken on a journey beyond the conscious mind to explore our unconscious patterns and help let go of the past pain and conditioning that keeps us separate and restricted.
This is a process of rhythmic breathing which lasts about an hour and often results in a deep experience. Practitioners are advised to feel ready for a powerful process that can unlock and release suppressed memories, emotions and feelings. Participants often report a profound sense of peace and contentment from the practice when completed.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
- The cost is £100 for a series of five workshops, £85 for three, £55 for two or £30 for one.
- These can be mixed with the Yoga Movement Workshops.
- Payment is via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
- If you are new to breath work and interested in exploring it more please contact me, some bursary places are available on request.
