One To One Sessions
Using the iRest® co-meditation (dyad) practice, I offer a one to one trauma sensitive therapeutic space for dealing with physical, mental and emotional pain.
These sessions are available online or in person near High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
Many therapeutic types of counselling and healing practices are trying fix what is wrong using a mental approach. Here we allow whatever is there to arise, unravel and undo itself through feeling.
You are safely held in order to feel what is coming up in the moment through a form of co-meditation (dyad), so you can integrate the pain of the past for deep healing to take place and find a sense of freedom and peace from stress, anxiety and fear.
“My work with Paul is like nothing I’ve ever experienced before and it’s very difficult for me to quantify or to even put into words what it has done for me. I love the way Paul guided me to simply meet this experience with nothing to fix or change about it. Sometimes it would feel like we would be sitting there saying nothing and experiencing nothing. Little did I know that this was some of the most profound work I would ever do. I came to understand how childhood experiences were affecting me and learned to meet all parts of myself with compassion. After going through Paul’s 8 week online course and learning about the steps of iRest® , I decided to train as an iRest® Level One meditation teacher myself and am now integrating this approach with my coaching practice. I have recommended Paul’s work to many people who have gone onto have a similar impact from the work. I can’t recommend Paul’s work highly enough” – Olivia
